Cesar Lequerica, Founder of Basleq Investment Group
Miami entrepreneur Cesar Lequerica founded Basleq Investment Group after building years of hands-on business experience. He brought that entrepreneurial drive into residential real estate investment and development, with a focus on projects across Miami and South Florida.
His involvement spans identifying property opportunities and coordinating planning, project partners, and construction activities through completion and preparation for sale. Working closely with engineers, subcontractors, and other project professionals, Cesar stays involved in the decisions that move each property forward.
The name Basleq brings together his son’s name, Bastian, and the Lequerica family name—a personal connection to the purpose behind the business.
Cesar’s approach centers on direct involvement, clear communication, and long-term relationships. Through Basleq, he brings a personal, locally focused perspective to residential renovations, property transformations, and new construction.
